What We Offer
HIDR Nepal conducts research to generate evidence that drives inclusive development and informed policymaking. Focusing on laws and justice, governance, public policy, social protection, gender justice, federalism, and human rights, our work produces actionable knowledge. By collaborating with communities, institutions, and policymakers, HIDR strengthens systems, promotes accountability, and advances social justice.
The lawyers are both experienced and highly skilled.
HIDR Nepal reviews laws and policies to assess their impact on rights, justice, and social protection. Each review identifies gaps and challenges using evidence, legal and constitutional analysis, and intersectional approaches. Findings help align policies with fundamental rights, equity, and inclusive governance, and inform evidence-based recommendations to better meet community needs.

We bring diverse voices, government, civil society, researchers, and communities into the same room. These dialogues bridge the gap between evidence and action, leading to more grounded, realistic, and impactful policy solutions.
By building network across sectors, HIDR amplifies its reach and influence. Our collaborations enable joint research, coordinated advocacy, and stronger momentum for systemic change.
We work with stakeholders to build the skills needed to translate policy into practice. Through targeted training in paralegal support, advocacy, gender justice, human rights, governance, social protection, and federalism, we strengthen institutions and empower individuals to deliver inclusive, rights-based outcomes.
There are many ways to define it, but in general, dissemination means sharing information, knowledge, or ideas with a wider audience. It can take many forms, such as publishing research articles, presenting at conferences, creating social media campaigns, or even just having conversations with colleagues and friends. Depending on what you're trying to disseminate, there may be specific strategies or best practices to follow.

At HIDR Nepal, Knowledge is not just produced, it is used to influence policy, strengthen systems, and improve lives. Our work connects research, dialogue, and action to advance justice, equity, and inclusive development.
